What Versumo is
Versumo is a catalogue of Telegram mini apps and bots: app pages, lists, metrics, search and articles. It is free to read.
In this document Versumo, we and the site mean the versumo.app project and its owner. You means anyone who opens or uses the site.
Accepting these terms
By using the site you accept these terms, the privacy policy and the disclaimer. If any of it does not suit you, do not use the site.
If you act for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.
What you may and may not do
You may read, search, compare, share links, quote us with attribution, and add your own apps.
You may not:
- bulk-extract the site's content, work around rate limits, or spread scraping across addresses;
- resell our data or pass it off as your own, including as a training set;
- disrupt the site, break it, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written consent;
- impersonate us, the owner of someone else's app, or Telegram staff;
- use the site to spam, defraud people, or spread malware.
We may restrict access when we see any of this, without notice.
Your account
Signing in happens through Telegram; we hold no password. One person is one account, tied to their Telegram ID.
You answer for everything done from your account. We may block an account for breaking these terms, for faking reviews, and for claiming an app that is not yours.
Reviews, submissions and anything else you send
By sending a review, a submission, text or an image you confirm you have the right to do so and that it breaks nobody's rights and no law.
You keep your rights in it and grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store it, show it on the site, translate it and use it in our own material about the catalogue.
We may decline, edit or remove anything sent to us: reviews go through automated and human checks, and we are not obliged to explain a refusal.
For app owners
You can add your app and confirm that it is yours. Once confirmed you edit its card, and edits are reviewed before they go live.
By confirming ownership you answer for what you publish. We may unpublish or change a page that misleads, breaks Telegram's rules or breaks the law, and we may suspend editing access.
If the app is yours and you do not want to be listed, write to us and the page comes down.
Third-party apps and links
The site links to apps and websites we do not control. Their terms, their privacy and their behaviour are between you and them.
We have not tested those apps and are not answerable for what they do. See the disclaimer.
Paid placement and affiliate links
Some places on the site are sold to advertisers. Bought placement is labelled on the page.
Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you follow one and act inside the app, we may be paid for it. It costs you nothing extra.
Being listed, and where an app sits in a list, is not a recommendation from us.
Rights in the material
The structure of the site, our texts, our selections, the design and the code are ours. Our own descriptions and articles may be quoted with a working link to the source page.
App logos, icons, screenshots and names belong to their owners. They appear so a reader can recognise an app, and they come down on a reasoned request from the rights holder.
No warranty
The site is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, freedom from error, accuracy or currency of the data, or fitness for your purpose.
We may change, suspend or close any part of the site at any time, including individual pages and sections.
Limit of liability
To the extent applicable law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost data, or any damage arising from use of the site or of apps found through it.
Where liability does arise, it is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months, and in any case does not exceed 1 euro. For a reader that is nothing, because the site is free.
A dispute over paid placement is settled by refunding the days not served.
Ending it
You may stop using the site at any time and ask for your account to be deleted.
We may limit or close access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if an account harms the site and the people on it. The sections on rights in the material, the absence of warranty and the limit of liability survive the ending.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date of the last change is at the top of this page, and material changes are flagged on the site.
Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator of the site is established. Disputes are settled by correspondence first: write to us and we answer. Failing that, a dispute goes to the courts at the operator’s seat.
Everything else
If any clause here turns out to be invalid, the rest keeps working.
Not enforcing a right immediately is not giving it up. We may transfer these terms to a successor on a reorganisation or a sale of the project, and your rights do not shrink because of it.
These terms together with the privacy policy and the disclaimer are the whole agreement between you and us about using the site.
